With a career spanning over 12 years, Cynthia has navigated diverse professional landscapes across the public and private sectors—including customer service, finance, business process management, and resource development. This rich tapestry of experience has provided her with the practical insights and depth necessary to lead with both empathy and strategic clarity.
However, Cynthia’s calling extends far beyond the corporate boardroom. She is a natural encourager who has dedicated herself to mental wellness and trauma healing. As a devoted advocate for restorative, faith-based approaches to wholeness, she equips individuals to perform holistic life audits and navigate personal growth with spiritual grounding.
Currently pursuing doctoral studies and holding an MBA in Finance, Cynthia continues to expand her capacity to serve. Whether she is mentoring youth, guiding women through The SELAH Table, or authoring books that reflect her journey of faith, her goal remains the same: to support others in articulating their stories and embracing the grace that allows them to thrive
